鹽麴我都有用過,我覺用佢醃過D食物後幾鮮味,不過,唔知點解我如果煎就好易燶,請問米麴用嚟點用咖.
我除咗做鹽麴同豉油麴之外.......亦試過用嚟做「天然酵母」......不過好煩...每樣都要消毒過......又要等成星期至用得......做完包包麵糰又要等好耐.....真唔啱我d心急鬼囉.......用鹽麴同豉油麴醃過d肉要用慢火嫁....真係好容燶囉
